Parents and Coaches for Local League
Submitted By Cindy MacCormack on Friday, September 10, 2021
With great excitement Local League hockey is about to start for the 2021/22 season.

As practices and games begin to show up on the Mustang’s Website please keep the following in mind...

1)  Ensure you check the Mustangs website frequently for the most up to date schedules and practice times for Local League. Ice time is at a premium this year and despite our best efforts to maintain consistency some changes our beyond our control.
2)  Everyone entering the facility must complete the facility screening either via the barcode screen on site or using this link from the CW website ahead of time (recommended) centrewellington.ca/screening.  Just show the confirmation email when you enter the facility.
3)  Masks must be worn at all times unless on the ice.  Players/coaches can remove mask once helmets are on to go onto ice.  Masks back on once helmets removed.  Coaches must wear masks on the bench.
4)  Participants and Spectators will be permitted access to the facility 20 minutes prior to the ice rental.  2 Dressing rooms will be available for each hour of ice. Chairs will be set up in the lobby for parents to assist children with skate tying.  Players can come fully dressed, but you can get dressed at the rink if you can quickly get ready in 20 minutes. No parents allowed in dressing rooms.
5)  Please ensure you sign in at the check in desk to verify the COVID screening has been completed and finalize any registration details. Pinnies may be issued for age groups where numbers necessitate ranking of players for balanced teams.
6)  You will be given your dressing room # when signing in.
7)  Final team announcements will be after September 25th.
