Good start to the Season
Today was our first game of the season and we came out ready to play. Wilmot Wolverines met us in Fergus and after a scoreless first period the Wolverines scored first midway through the second. We showed we were not ready to give up and had many scoring chances the rest of the second and most of the third period. Our tenacity paid off as Chloe banged in a rebound off a shot by Sydney. That tied the game at 1-1 and although we had more chances the rest of the game, it ended in a tie. Well played Mustangs and kudos to Meredith who played a solid game in net.
