Another Tie
Twin Centre Hericanes came to Fergus today for another playoff game. The outcome was the same as when we travelled to St. Clements ... a 1-1 tie.
The game started off on a positive note as we got our only goal 30 seconds into the game, after Sydney shot in the rebound off a shot from Natalie. Unfortunately, that was it. The girls showed flashes of grit, going after the puck and skating hard, but in the end did not have enough in their tanks to score another goal.
Twin Centre tied it up in the second period, with only 2 minutes to go, and that was it for them as well. Great game between the pipes by Leah.
Another game tomorrow and hopefully our engines will be firing on all cylinders!
