Strong Effort Results in Tie.
The Waterloo Ravens came to Fergus on Sunday as one of the best teams in the League, giving up only 5 goals all year. The Ravens scored a minute in to take an early lead but the girls battled back. We started to win the races for the puck and by the end of the first Sarah potted two goals and we had a 2-1 lead. It was back and forth until Waterloo scored late in the second to tie it up at 2-2, which was the final score. Great effort by the girls as we head into the home stretch with only two games remaining in 2013.
