Road Win to End Regular Season
The girls travelled to Kitchener Saturday morning to end the regular season in the same rink they started in. The girls came out and dominated the game in all areas from start to finish. Hats off to our defensive pairings of Sarah/Tessa and Isabella/Sidney. Not only did they protect our end with some great breakout passes but they maintained pressue in the attacking zone by keeping pucks in at the blue line. Mielle scored the eventual game winner early in the first and Shannon added the insurance early in the second. Paige earned the shutout in the pipes as we came away with a 2-0 victory. Great regular season team, now bring on the playoffs!!!
