Strong Finish To A Great Year
We played our last game against the Cambridge Roadrunners and the girls came out firing, controlling the game from the drop of the puck and winning 7-0. Scoring for the Mustangs were Tessa and Fiona with two each. Singles went to Sarah, Emma (her first of the year) and Shan. More important then the score was watching our team use what they learned in practice and apply it in the game. We played well positionally and looked to pass the puck when our teammates were open. On behalf of the bench staff, thanks for a great season girls. I hope you all had as much fun as we did coming to the rink. See you all at the banquet.
