A Tight Opening Game Gets the Play Offs Going
Wednesday night kicked off the LLFHL first round series vs London. As expected the Devilettes weathered the snow fall and certainly came to play. They were pesky on the puck through the first two frames and scrambled every opportunity the Mustangs could mount. Fortunately the dam broke in the final stanza as Natalie Beilhartz zipped one top cheese from Wolkensperg and Goodwin to break the goose egg. The insurance marker came off the stick of Carson Lean as she snapped the rebound home from Dietrich and Montgomery. Great to get the first one in the books ladies but much more to come so keep determined, focused and stay Mustang Strong!
