Holy MOses The Dangles
After finishing strong against Kitchener, it was time for the Sunday night home game for Grand River as they hosted the Owen Sound Ice Hawks.

The girls picked up just where they left off the night before. Despite the scoreless first, the Mustangs came to play and were looking strong heading into the middle frame.

It was two minutes into the second that the home town fans got to see the highlight of the night. Picking up the puck in the neutral zone, Mo dangled pass the first Ice Hawk and headed into the offensive zone. Facing a 1 on 2, she slid the puck through the first defenders feet and then walked around the second defender like a hole in the ground. All alone with the Owen Sound goalie, Mo went top shelf for the HON candidate giving the home team a 1-0 lead.

With two minutes left to go in the third, it would be Mo once again getting involved with the scoring as she dished to Burnzie in the slot who made no mistakes burying a one timer up top to give the Mustangs a 2-0 lead. The 2-0 score would be the final as Paige Houle picked up her first win & shutout as a Mustang.
