The Grand River Mustangs are excited to announce that Women’s Senior A hockey is coming for the 2025/26 season!
After the incredible success of the Senior Womens Local League and U22 programs over the past two seasons, we are thrilled to announce the expansion of our Senior Team offerings.
The creation of the Senior A team will allow new and former Mustang and Graduating Mustang players the opportunity to continue playing a high level of hockey while wearing the Purple, Black and White with pride.
We are thrilled to have former AUAA goaltender and veteran Mustangs coach, Steve Fogarty on the bench for the inaugural season. This will be Steve's 15th season and he will add this team to his roster as he continues to coach the U22 LL team as well.
Joining Steve in the organization and management of the team is Cec Proctor. Cec has been a strong advocate to bring Senior A to the team and will be an active leader in launching this program during the 2025/26 season.
