Midget BB Wins Gold
The Grand River Mustangs Midget BB team traveled to Orillia this past weekend for the 22nd annual Orillia Hawks Girls Hockey Tournament.   

Grand River opened up the tournament with a 3-1 win over Hamilton and followed that up with another 3-1 victory, this time over Flamborough.   The two wins put the Mustangs in the semi final, where they met up with St. Catharines and won by a score of (you guessed it) 3-1.   Sunday's final was a rematch with Hamilton, the Mustangs played a solid game, did a great job killing penalties, and ended up winning 2-0 to bring home the gold.
