See the List of Executive Members & Staff page for contact information.

When the Game Cancellation/Inclement Weather Admin receives a cancellation request they will forward it to the appropriate team contact and they must follow the procedures outlined below.

Local League Coaches/Managers:

If you are requesting that a game be cancelled, due to inclement weather (or other extenuating circumstances), contact the LL VP  and Game Cancellation/Inclement Weather Admin ASAP.

As the Game Cancellation/Inclement Weather Admin will contact the scheduler for your opponent directly and ensure that the appropriate parties there are notified. It will be the responsibility of your opponent's scheduler to ensure that their affected team is made aware of the cancellation.

If another centre has contacted you, about cancelling a game, immediately forward the request to the Game Cancellation/Inclement Weather Admin, and await confirmation from them.
