Rowan's Law
Under Rowan's Law it is mandated that all OWHA participants, parents and guardians of players under 18 years of age, coaches, trainers, managers and on-ice helpers MUST review the Concussion Awareness Resources annually and must complete the acknowlegement form, all of which can be found here.
