Atom BBs earn Silver in Clarington
The Grand River Mustangs Atom BB team travelled to the Clarington Applefest Tournament.

The girls opened the tournament against the host team and came away with a 5-0 victory. Next up was a rough Scarborough team but the Mustangs held it together to come away with a 3-2 win. Oshawa was up next and it was another close contest but once again the Mustangs fought hard and earned the win by a 2-1 score. The girls then came up against Durham and pulled out a 1-1 tie. That was enough to earn the team a berth in the championship game against a strong Whitby team. The Mustangs gave all they had left but lost by a 3-0 score leaving them in the silver medal position. It was a great weekend of hockey for the Atom BB team.
