SWEET SILVER FOR PEEWEE B MUSTANGS
The Peewee B Mustangs picked up their second consecutive tournament medal this past weekend, taking home silver in the Bolts & Hearts Tournament held in Pickering.

It was the fourth straight tournament the Mustangs were the top seed and made it into the finals with an exciting 2-1 OT victory in the semis. Playing some of their best hockey of the season, Grand River suffered their only loss of the weekend in the final game and earned the silver.

The team received much praise from opposing coaches and parents after the tourney for not only their high level of play, but the sportsmanship displayed. As they have been all year, the girls were excellent representatives of the Grand River Mustangs organization.
