ForgeX ACCELERATE for Youth Athletes – March Break & 6 Week Spring Program

NOTE: This program will run at our new athletic training facility, 140 St. Patrick Street W in Fergus, opening early March!

Perfect opportunity for lacrosse and hockey players to prep for tryouts and a great way for summer athletes to improve their fitness this spring. SPEED – AGILITY – POWER. Accelerate is a unique program built to increase the speed and explosiveness of young athletes. By combining multiple facets of fitness such as plyometric drills, strength training and high intensity intervals, Accelerate is designed to bring our young athletes’ athleticism to the next level on the field, ice, floor, or court. 


ACCELERATE MARCH BREAK PROGRAM (March 16-20):

Workouts run Monday to Friday:

1:30-3:00pm Grades 9-12

3:00-4:30pm Grades 6-8

$75 +hst

 

ACCELERATE 6 WEEK SPRING PROGRAM (March 23 – April 30):

Workouts run Monday to Thursday:

3:30-5:00pm Grades 9-12

5:00-6:30pm Grades 6-8

$195 + hst

    The Mustangs LL Bantam 2 won Gold medals at the 26th Annual Sarah Backstrom tournament in Erie, PA on February 9th.The girls represented Mustangs and Canada in a hard fought weekend that they’ll remember forever.Congratulations Bantam 2!!

    The Bantam 2 team are a perfect 2-0 for tournaments this season!  After winning Gold in November at the GRM Tournament of Poppies they also took home Gold Medals at the 25th Annual Jason Cripps Tournament on December 30th.

    The girls played hard and went undefeated into the finals. Battling hard they tied it up with 1:26 left on the clock and came out champions with an overtime win! Way to go Peewee 1!
