Submitted By Cindy MacCormack on Monday, December 6, 2021
Hello Mustang Families,

We are writing you as we need Volunteers for the Mustang Board of Directors.  There are several positions that will soon or have become vacant.

The Board of Directors is a critical part of the Mustang Organization.  Our goal is to ensure each girl has a fun and meaningful hockey experience.  We are hoping to get some fresh new perspectives to help shape and grow the Mustang Organization over the next few years.

We’ve listed the vacant positions below along with a brief description of the duties.  We’ve also attached a link to the listing of current Board members – please feel free to reach out to any of them if you have questions or would like to join.

VP of Local League
 – ensure Coaches are in place for each team; organize Ranking Day; participate in KW Local League meetings; be the point of contact for any issues arising

VP of Rep – ensure Coaches are in place for each team; organize Try-Outs; be the point of contact for any issues arising

Director of Sponsorship/Media – work with Corporate Sponsors and any Media requests

Head Trainer – ensure Trainers are in place for each team, provide Trainer bag with supplies, ensure all Health Forms are completed and documented

Local League and Rep Committee Members – do not need to be Board Members; support the VP’s throughout the year for various tasks

President - must have served on the board for a year

In addition to the duties listed above, the Board meets monthly for approximately 2 hours.
