We are back …. January 31, 2022!
Thank you to all Mustang families for your patience, we are currently waiting for final details from OWHA and Township of Centre Wellington and we will continue to update as we know more. However, the following is what we know at this point.

Please continue to check the Mustang website and social media for schedules and further updates.

Effective January 31, 2022:

  • Hockey starts January 31!
  • You will need the following to gain access to the arena:

o    Proof of Health screening questions completed (https://frm-cvd-ca.esolg.ca/Centre-Wellington/Screening-Form)

o    QR Code for proof of vaccination for those 12 & up (no other form of proof will be accepted)

o    ID for those 12 & up (e.g. Health card, driver’s license, etc.)

  • Masks must be worn at all times while at the arena, including in the dressing room.

o    Players must wear masks until they put on their helmet and masks go on immediately after removing their helmet  

  • Two dressing rooms will open 20 minutes before ice time and are now subject to capacity limits

o    Players are encouraged to come to the arena dressed for both practice and games

  • During games Mustang teams will arrive dressed to allow the visiting team to use the 2 dressing rooms
  • Coaching staff and on-ice helpers are encouraged to wear masks on the ice and maintain appropriate social distance
  • We expect to resume scheduled dry land and development programs on January 31. Stay tuned for more details

We have and will continue to follow Wellington Dufferin Guelph Public Health (WDGPH), Township of Centre Wellington and OWHA guidance in all things COVID-19 related.

No one wants to see us stop playing the game we love. By continuing to do our individual best to wear a mask, wash hands, keep socially distanced and get vaccinated, collectively we will continue making a difference.
