Jeff Flanagan joins the Mustangs.
The Mustangs are pleased to welcome Jeff Flanagan as our Development Trainer for our Tryout Prep-clinics alongside Katie Mora. Jeff brings an impressive coaching background to the Mustangs, most recently as the Yokohama Grits Head Coach (Asia League – Japan).

While still a student, Jeff began his coaching career in the 2001–02 season as an assistant coach with the varsity men's team at the University of Guelph. He had played defence for the team for two seasons, the first of which they won the national championship in 1996–1997. After serving as an assistant coach with the Gryphon men for two seasons, Jeff spent one season as an assistant with the Basingstole Bisons of the Elite Ice Hockey League of Great Britain. He has also served as an assistant coach with the Gryphon men, women, and the Reading Royals of the ECHL. Jeff has also served as an assistant general manager and assistant coach with the Powell River Kings of the tier 2 junior British Columbia Hockey League. Guelph Hurricanes, Elmira Sugar Kings and Brampton Bombers of the junior B Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League, Toronto Furies of the Canadian Women’s Hockey League and Milton Icehawks and Caledon Admirals of the tier 2 Ontario Junior Hockey League.
