Let us offer a big thank you for all the support you have shown in the past two weeks as we seek to address ice allocation concerns with the Township.
We’ve had a very limited response from the Township, despite our continued efforts. We were able to identify an error in their formulas that has potentially allocated over 20 extra hours incorrectly per week. This error was brought to the attention of Community Services last week, but they have yet to accept a meeting to review the issue.
Earlier this week we summarized our concerns to all members of Council, the CAO and Community Services and have requested their support in having the Township staff respond.
