Coach's Corner
Not often does any one feel good when the team losses. However tonight was a different story. We knew we where in for a tough ride. But the team rose to the occasion. I think the You Tube Videos inspired you. We executed worked hard and played with HEART!!!!.
We defiantly made the first place team know we came to compete. And we showed
ourselves we can be that first place team if we work hard and play our game
consistently game in and game out. We can beat the top teams ! We are so close.
They now know they better show up Fri because they are going to
meet a tough Mustang team!! The same one they seen tonight will
be back and ready to take it to them. I'm sure they underestimated us and we
defiantly surprised them and made them work harder than expected for their
points tonight.
The standing and our record does not reflect
who this team really is. We also kept their top goal scorer off the score board.
Still need more shots but we are improving. Good game Kaylee !! You stepped up
and helped the team with Lauren out. That's what a true leader does!! Keep it
going.
Must commend Cass and Shayna Long game with only three D. Way to step up
and get the job done. Good job between the pipes T.J. They defiantly have
several players that can shoot. Let go break Mount Forest's winning streak Fri morning. What a boost for our team to go out and
get that Win.
Keep it going girls. Like the Journey song says. "Don't stop
believing Hold on to that feeling ".
GO Mustangs GO. Dig Hard!!!! Dig Deep!!!!!
