As our hockey has come to an end, I wanted to send a thank you out to the parents. You make the commitment to get your daughter to the rink and a great year starts with the parents. The growth that the girls had on the ice was pretty evident and I was proud to not only see them develop as players, but as the young ladies that they are.

Grand River hit the road Tuesday evening with a chance to wrap up their first round series versus the Wilmot Wolverines.

The Grand River Mustangs kicked off the LLFHL playoffs at home on Sunday with an opening round series with the Wilmot Wolverines. With a great crowd cheering on the girls it was time to start the second season.

After finishing off the regular season, the Mustangs headed to Cambridge to take part in the 22nd Annual RoadRunner Tournament.

The Mustangs entertained the Wilmot Wolverines on Sunday afternoon at the Corral in front of the home town crowd. This is the last regular season game vs Wilmot, but it appears that both teams will meet again in the first round of LLFHL playoffs.
